Okay to clear things up, it seems that USA consoles running the EUR release are being prompted for a SYSTEM update, and EUR consoles with the EUR release are getting GAME update prompts.
Can someone confirm this?

I think the update file got deleted and that's why is getting slower and slower, until it reaches ZERO and it will fail to download,

CEMU set to region Europe, and language Dutch still says System Software update, so no.
