Only if it's a full download. Any pre-loaded versions come with a ticket without a title key attached to it. So it can't be decrypted until the ticket is updated with the title key on the release day.
Right. I know it doesn't help us at all for getting it early, but just curious lol.

We had a whole hack team prepped to (try) snarf the demo at E3 or whatever event it was, but when the full final "gone gold" game is less than a week away, there is no one on the inside ready for this?

Lol they would obviously try ban end users, but they would properly punish leakers and thieves.
i wouldnt be surprised if it turns out that literally no store has even gotten thegame yet. nintendo may not have even shipped any yet. ninty is keeping this one really close to their chests this time. we'll get it soon enough.

this wouldnt be an option for me if the i end up using the eur version, as i can't launch it without mocha, and i cant launch mocha without internet.

Just read an article on N4G that Edge gave the game a perfect 10 beating out Horizon Dawn which got a 9 from them! I know plenty of reviewers will be handing out 10's but that just shows you how amazing this game is gonna be if Edge gives it a 10!

its unnecessary. a ban isnt that much of an issue as i never go online. as long as i can still connect to the web browser, then i dont care about a ban.
Not even sure what Sony are trying to prove via releasing Horizon on the same week as a console/console seller series. Seems like they're either trying to one-up Nintendo or they're just downright ballsy.
I agree with this, nintendo has other things to focus on other than the WiiU and it's dying online scene. Haxchi is nice to have and use but def not a must and only a few extra steps to use cfw/loadine/patched sysnand etc.
