I'm currently using Luma version 6.6 running 11.2.0-35U and i keep getting this update notification. I don't want to update to 11.3 is there any app or anything to delete the update file??

The *hax 2.9 payload in order for the hblauncher_loader v1.3(HBL.cia) to boot on 11.3. Just hold down "X" while you're booting up the HBL and it will download the new *hax payload.

You could just make a NAND backup of 11.2 before you update so you can go back but I guess just staying on 11.2 is just as well.
Luma3DS seems to have a fix in the hourly for the stuttering issues: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/commit/5f8a61201b6e0774236cc2cb09e920c0fcdaa5a9

It doesn't help at all. Same amount of annoying stuttering on my N3DS like before.
