I like 3D games on GBA. Crazy Taxi is a bit too pixelated, but it has got hills which Driver 2 hadn't got. And it runs at a good frame rate (not like Medal of Honor).
But the music and sound effects aren't that great. The game a bit better than the average, I would say.

I 100% knew this game would suck.

GBA is more for 2D IMO, Castlevania, Metroid etc.

GS and GS2 work well because they are simple gameplay style.

3D should stay away from GBA, unless it can be done properly......

Havent you guys heard of Moto Racer Advance?
maybe it's just me but that game alone proves that a 3d racer can be done right on the gba
i really wished crazy taxi would have those graphics

Why GBA keep getting games that need PS2/Xbox engine. come on now.. In word of a fashion, stick with what looks good on you. 2D/cell shading/bright colors/anime like/RPG/single player/on the go games

If you count Moto Racer Advance as "3d" then there you have it, how it "should be done", a GREAT game, even if you're not a diehard fan of racing.
Same thing with V-rally 3, at least when it comes to graphics, they are amazing. However I don't find myself playing the game more than a few minutes (when the wow-factor has calmed)

I liked V-Rally 3 very much and played through it.

But Nightfire does want a bronze medal from me (in scoring) and that's impossible to do for a slow player like me

Yes! V-rally is also a great example of a great graphics engine
and the people at EA definetly got the 3d graphics right with Nightfire
(i was almost sure the gfx would suck after seeing MOH game..

)
and yeah, the blue roses engine is even further proof that gba is very capable of TRUE 3d

well in any case, some games were just never ment to be in 2d.
This game just makes me want 2 fire up my dreamcast and play the original
