Homebrew Help with N3ds

Hopefully someone can understand me with this.
Ok so. My first N3ds when hyrule warriors came out I updated to 10.3. From there I went into doing the reinand cfw. So I did the 9.2 downgrade. Did the emunand and installed reinand. I decided that I was going to switch to luma and wanted to start fresh. System and sd card. Yes I backed up both nands before doing it. So when I formatted everything I was on stock 9.2 but then I noticed the HS app was missing. I was like crap ok. Someone here told me it will reappear when I do luma so I was like ok fine. So I tried using soundhax for hbl to go luma and it didn't work. It errors on me and tell me to restart again ok. Tried a couple of times and still didn't work. Gave up for the day. I get home from work the next day and my wife was playing hyrule warriors on it and told me she did the update 10.3 so she could play it. I was like shit. Ok now I can't reinstall reinand and what not because browser/menuhax wasn't working for me on 10.3. So I tried soundhax again and still having the same problem where it doesn't inject and I need to restart. Now I'm stuck. Stock 10.3 with missing HS app and it seems that no entry works. I didn't try any game entry points because I don't own any of them that can. What do I do now?

idk how you updates to 10.3, but if you actually are on 10.3 yu can downgrade strait to 2.1 then install a9lh

In order to play on hyrule warriors you have to be at least on 10.3. So the update came from the game. It wasn't a system update from the internet or going into the actually settings. And how to downgrade to 2.1? Can the N3ds even go that low?

yes and no-
the n3ds CAN go that low, but its suckish and you can brick if you put it in sleep mode on 2.1
you can follow the a9lh guide found here and find out a way to downgrade:
(please dont forget to make a nand backup, and follow the ENTIRE GUIDE)

Shit I just remember why soundhax isn't working. When you get the starter kit. It's ask why version your on to get this otherapp.bin file. The one I have saved is for 11.2 firmware. Not 10.3. I have to download again for 10.3. Stupid. I think I might get it now
