I'm looking for some guidance on my situation.

I'm trying to install arm9 using the 3ds.guide tutorial.

I'm running rxtools 11.2 and am really scared to mess with anything that might corrupt my ACNL save I've been using since launch. I've been following the steps and am on the fasthax/safehax installation portion. (Im doing all of these steps on emunand) and whenever I try safehax it gives me a black screen.

I'm just wondering if there's a way to do a clean reinstall without messing up my save data?

I believe you're supposed to do these steps on your sysNAND and you'll move your emuNAND over to your sysNAND during the guide.

Before you start, run JKSM to export your Animal Crossing save and then copy the JKSM folder to your computer. You shouldn't lose any data if you follow the instructions correctly, but good to have it for just in case.
