@ShinyMK does the input redirection include anything with the main joystick? I don't see any options for it in the settings only c-stick. I'm trying to use my GC controller to play smash. Also, I noticed that it only takes key values from the keyboard or joy2key. It should be possible to have an analog input for the joystick as well as having it work as an analog joystick on the 3ds. Will there be any updates on this feature? I can help with testing(for controller compatability) you if want. Also, I'm using my built in wifi network adapter with windows 10 mobile hotspot feature to bridge my lan connection from my pc to my 3ds, and I get 100% quality 30-40 fps. Is that normal, and have you ever seen it go to 60fps?

Hi all,

I have setup a personal hotspot for my 3ds using Connectify and now can't get kit-kat to connect with my ds. Anyone else having issues with this?

Uninstall connectivity then go to the windows 10 settings->Network and Internet -> Mobile hotspot. Turn it on, than connect your 3ds to it. In the settings it should give you the ssid and password. After connecting, the same Mobile hotspot settings panel should show you your 3ds's IP address. Use that in Kit-Kat.

My ds won't connect to the mobile hotspot. Thank you for the suggestion though. I can connect to the internet when using connectify, any reason why it won't work with kit-kat?

Are you running Kit-kat as admin? Firewalls are annoying sometimes. Are you sure that you have your 3ds's ip address entered in correctly? Try restarting the computer.

Done all of the above and still no luck with the mobile hotspot through windows or connectify. Anyone else having this issue? Works fine when I just connect my ds directly to router however, as the router is on the other side of my house, I normally disconnect halfway through a match.

I was able to connect with connectify, are you using the correct ip?

IP is definitely correct. My pc is on a wired connection and I have bought a wireless adapter to enable me to setup the hotspot. Do you have a similar setup to this? Just to clarify, my ds connects to the internet when using connectify but i I can't connect it to kit-kat.

Try seeing if the ip is correct by FTPing to your 3ds with something like this https://github.com/mtheall/ftpd and filezilla. The FTP cia should tell you what the ip is, and if it connect than you know there isn't any problems between your computer and 3ds.

This is written in C#, so I don't think it will be ported off of windows. Although it is possible, its unlikely unless someone wants to spend quite a bit of time just for you.

I'm trying to record some gameplay, I connected the audio thru my laptop's microphone input, but it has a lot of static noise, I'm using OBS. Can someone help me with this?

Kit-kat always does the white screen of death..
Only one time it idn't do that, and it was when i set the scale to 5.0 (wanted to test it)
I have everything checked, ip right and no antivirus on my pc and I even run kitkat as administrator
I guess I'll go back to NitroStream..
