For some reason I can't get my M3 DS Real to work. When I enter the launcher both screens turn white for a moment and they go black. I'm using the WoodM3 version linked on the first post and it works perfectly with my old DS. Also, not sure if this matters but I'm using an o3ds with a9lh+luma. I've also tried with the cartridge app (it shows the same icon as the launcher) but it pops me an error and makes me turn the console off.

Does anyone know why I can't get it to work? What am I doing wrong?

You could try using NTR Launcher instead.

I think I've tried that before but I guess I'll just try it again. But I feel like this has to do with TWL FIRM, I remember reading people from different sites also having trouble with that.

Ok I installed a TWL FIRM .cia that I found on the internet and now it just turns off my console when I enter the launcher lol

EDIT: Fixed it myself, forget about that. Will go try NTR Launcher I guess lol

Trying to get this to work, and have attempted the WoodR4, R4CartLauncher Any Kernel, and the R4iGold launchers, to no avail. Have the card pictured below. The WoodR4 takes me to a white screen on top, and then a screen on the bottom that has icons that say Micro SD, Slot 2, and a folder icon. If I click any of them, a blank text box comes up. With R4iGold launcher, the screen is just white. With R4CartLauncher Any Kernal, it goes into a perpetual loading screen (waited 2 minutes and then returned to the Home Menu.) Tried NTR launcher as well, and it resulted in a black screen.

Running the latest WoodR4 kernal on the R4 SD card, so don't really know what I'm doing wrong.

Try TWLoader. It supports your flashcard.

hey guys,

i have a DsTT, after installing the new firmware on the card and the 2 .cia files, i can launch moonshell , but i still get the "hold down to power off" screen after launching the flashcard, what should i do? ( i didnt installed the bootstrap, N3DS sysnand 11.2 luma3DS full a9lh)

I got my old R4 SDHC cart to boot using the DSTT MoonShell2 Launcher, but it gets stuck on this screen:

I don't have a working DS Lite anymore so I can't check if it's an issue with the launcher or with the card. Any ideas?

It's probably a problem with the flashcard being unable to read the menu from the SD card.

Apologies in advance for this being long.
I have tried for a couple of days now to get this working, to no avail, so my last resort is to come here. I have the R4 clone shown below.
I have the latest Luma and a9lh installed on my US old 3DS, and I have tried the WoodR4Launcher (icons on blank screen, textless windows), R4CartLauncher (SD/FT Error), and DSTT Launcher (stuck on loading; put the two items on my 3DS SD card and downloaded the CIA). This cart works perfectly fine on my old DS Lite (which is nearly at the end of its life). I do not know exactly what this cart is loaded with (as I've had this thing for nearly a decade and haven't used it in years

) but on my DS it states "v1.54" and I assume it's its own firmware (website listed on cart is dead). The microSD is currently formatted to FAT.
Since my DS is basically kaputt I'd like to use this on my o3DS. Is there anything else I need to download? Any suggestions? Is it possible? I can try to provide more info or help you in helping me. Any help or information is really appreciated.

Again, that's using:
- Old 3DS
- Sys 11.2.0-35U
- Luma v6.6
- a9lh
- R4 SDHC Ultra (original clone)

I have a second card, the exact same one as that. So if you link where you got your kernel from and which one it is, I could test it out on a DS for you to see if it works.

In your link, the three downloads on the left don't lead anywhere once clicked (AKAIO V1.8.6a did). But I found them elsewhere, and all four of them on that site work on my DS, just not on the launchers. I've tried quite a bit today to figure out what might work.

I believe that just none of the launchers recognize my cart or my kernel or something.

I don't know if you're still making launchers or updating compatibility, but if you are: I don't exactly know how to help, but this is what I'm using: http://nds.scenebeta.com/archivos/nds/R4Ultrav156eng.rar from the website http://nds.scenebeta.com/noticia/r4-ultra and it works so perfectly and beautifully for the DS. But this clone doesn't work with the R4CartLauncher or what I tried above. If you're into making a launcher for it or making it compatible with a launcher, let me know how I can help.

I'm pretty sure the firmware I've currently got on it is the "Official Kernel", as it's called here. Didn't put anything else on it besides a few DS Homebrew ROMs I still had lying around on my hard drive and the files included with the launcher. R4i Gold Launcher just boots to a white screen.

I uploaded the "Official Kernel" you linked and tested it on two different DS systems, and both of them got stuck on the loading screen. I don't know if it'll help much, but if you want it, this kernel from this site works: https://sites.google.com/site/r4sdhcfirmwares/r4sdhc-firmware

The issue is the card itself. I and other owners of the same card never got it working. It also was not possible to dump it with the software ways and it generally is a very hard to work with card. The most likely case is that your out of luck until .nds loading from the sd card fully works, since the problem with this card have been known since the early days of this loader.

So, I've seen some people having success getting their CycloDS Evo cards working and decided to try my luck, but I keep getting white screens after using the NTR Slot-1 Launcher as well as the Alt Build(the 1.8 release also tried the 1.7 release).

I'm currently on 11.2.0-35U running Luma 6.6 on an N3DS and since I'm trying to use the launchers from Emunand I installed the cias to both Sys and Emunand. I'm not sure what I might be doing wrong so I'm trying everything. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

This is true my way is with TWLoader on NEW 3DS i have the lastet Firmware from the Flashcard Website and Flashcard Modus is Acekard 2(i)/Galaxy Eagle/M3DS Real
