I still have warranty on the system Should i try sending it for repair after i wipe the sd of all A9LH file and ETC. Since its on 11.2.0.35u and region is correct. Or will nintendo be able to detect the firm0 mismatch and know I did attempt to "hack" the console. Also if I reboot from decrypt9 what will be the outcome. Black screen? non booting? I just want to know the cheapest route of replacing this without having to purchase a brand new console.
I have a feeling you also skipped the part where you needed to delete anything related to themes, which is why it didn't boot, you should have tried bootting it up without an sd card first, noe you have a fancy paperweight.
We already came to that conclusion but thanks for telling me again. I havent attempted to boot at all ive been in decrypt9 the entire time the console is still in decrypt9 as I type this. I asked if I reboot will it be a black screen or something else. I can just reboot and figure it out for my self but its not bricked yet since im in Decrypt9 its more of a semi brick

Ive never skipped the step before, I seen where it said I lose saves and no mention of brick until I started the process and I scrolled down and seen Brick and it was to late to back out of the process lol User Error of course

There is so many things that can go wrong when installing al9h, why is it always the easiest and most important step that gets overlooked?
To sum it, if you don't have the original NAND backup, there is currently no way to recover from it. Just having access to D9 won't fix it if you don't have the files needed (NAND backup)
If you want to send it to Nintendo, remove al9h and format the sdcard.
There's nothing you can do from Decrypt9 right now that's going to save it. Your options are:
1) Buy a New 3DS
2) Wait and see if they ever come out with custom roms you could try
3) A combination of 1 & 2
4) Buy a replacement motherboard. But judging how you can't follow the simplest of directions, I doubt you'll have any luck installing it.

A9LH is not detected in decrypt9 after I force restored a nand back up from a stock new3ds it wiped it from firm0 so should I be in the clear? I have formatted sd card already as well! If i restore from the nand backup and do keep a9lh is there a way to force restore and keep a9lh then i should be able to ctrnand transfer since its saying a9lh is missing and fails before even attempting. If i can get ctr to flash 9.2.0 then i update from system settings is this a possible method for my issue

So 2.1 downgrade via ctrnand. Then without powering off NAND flash a different devices NAND right? And you're unmounting/mounting sdcard within decrypt9. CTR transfer back to 2.1 not working?
I think even if you'd have made a backup at 2.1 you'd be able to restore with that.

it is super simple, they just need to use the hard mod guide to figure out how to disassemble it and put it back together.
Following directions is simple too and he failed at that but I digress, it's just a common thing with first timers and using shortcuts (or assumptions). OP why didn't you come here before you started doing your own guesswork? You might have been saved. Never be afraid to ask questions. I just wish people would take the risks seriously before diving in, it seems there is less of a concern when you didn't purchase the console yourself. In any case, I doubt a bunch of parents are happy. $200 isn't exactly cheap.
Swapping motherboards is simple. Just do NOT pry the black connectors. It's the most common mistake.
I wouldn't call it "super simple" in a thread where someone not only failed to make a NAND backup, but force flashed a backup from another 3DS after Decrypt9 refused a normal flash due to the fact that it would absolutely lead to a brick.
OP, you know NAND partitions are encrypted with console-specific keys, right? The only thing on your 3DS at this point is indecipherable garbage data. Maybe someone has an ingenious idea to salvage it from Decrypt9, but somehow I don't think it's salvageable.
That said, it's not like he can break it much worse, so what's the risk other than the cost of a motherboard?
