Could work by renaming the folder to the US titleid. No idea if it's that Easy though.

000400000018F100 is the american ID atleast according to JKSM got it from my own copy of the game
Then you have to wait until someone converts the Plugin to US. Should be the same adresses anyway, but I don't know how to do it.
it does work for the us version!!! i dont know what i did earlier, but changing the name of the folder to 000400000018F100 works.
Just download the plugin linked above and change the folder name to the one he gives.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1

Like not emulating the entire SNES but just a loader and the enhancement chips perhaps even slightly overclocked like FX-2
