Well. I got no worry there. Besides, at 21, Kadabra can learn Psybeam. It's just a minor glitch. In the end, you will get a better move than that. I played Moon and I don't mind that Kadabra doesn't learn Confusion. Ik it's hard to leveling up till to the point where a pokemon can learn any damaging moves, but you got Exp Share. You can just turn it on and leveling up Kadabra to 21.
No worries. But for the outline cheat, I think a simple Hex Edit can fix that.
^^ Possible audio issue, PIPE3 fixed the sound effects like walking in out of a door and more, some at start of game.
Just Music in game still not fixed, maybe part of a pipe are hle

Audio It's seed to be the issue that also causes the freezing part are ie not creating a new fresh save game.

You can play the updated rom on Citra, but you can't update the game with Citra.
You can update. But you need something to extract the rom's files(romfs and exefs) and paste the update in it and rebuild it.

I think this require a modded 3DS to do this.
Obviously, Nightly Build is from the Master Build which can be belong to the Official Citra Thread. But there's no rules to post something on the thread. And also, Nightly Build is not unofficial build.
You can talk about that to Bleeding Edge. But it have unfinished or broken PRs. But meh, it's just opinion.

Also, creating a new Mii(the one on the right) will crash. The left side will open Mii Maker and select any Mii that you created on Mii Maker. But it won't work somehow. And lastly, the bottom requires QR Code from Miitomo. Like Mii Maker, the QR Scanner doesn't work.
Translation is not accurate:
Top Screen: Please give me your Mii
Left: Advance
Right: Start from Scratch
