But the irony is I definetely read your post about 15.6 beta and how it helped Mario skybox. But I couldn't find it then. AMD redirected me to 15.11.1 but it didn't help as you might guess so I abandoned the whole idea. What so special with this driver anyway?

I give up, the 1.7.0 broke up the emulation for me, can't play with older version now it craches whatever ...

I found a Bug with graphic packs in Captain Toad, seems to be All levels with Lava, Episode 1 level 9 and 10 for example, if you press the Zoom In button it seems to go lower resolution for a sec then back to 4k
Also All kart levels Episode 1 level 8, Episode 2 level 3 and Episode 3 level 9 when you jump into kart it seems to go lower resolution for a sec then back to 4k

Shader cache doesn't improve FPS, it just eliminates the annoying stuttering.
Mario Kart 8 v4.1 USA is crashing at the splash screen. This happens on Cemu 1.6.4 and 1.7.0 but, it works perfectly on Cemu 1.6.3. The screen shows the Mario Kart 8 logo then crashes. Using an Intel GPU, by the way.
i recently heard of cemu and tried running some wii u games on it. However, I think i found a bug in the program.
I have an acer laptop embedded with a gtx 960m which is equivalent to a 750ti and intel igpu hd4600 combined to provide nvidia optimus technology.
Whenever i try to run cemu on the intel hd4600 i can run games fine but with low frame rare. But if i try to run cemu with the gtx 960m i can only hear the game audio with no video.
I think their is a problem between the way optimus works and the way this software works.

The Optimus switching is likely interfering with Cemu. Can you run it in discrete 960m mode only?
I have an RX480 8GB installed, which means I get a very nice static and screen filled with glitches when trying to play XCX. I've read something here about downgrading to a 15.6 beta driver, but I'm not sure if my GPU would be compatible with such an old driver.

I choose the preferred graphic processor to run the application from the nvidia control panel to be the 960m.
It is very weird that on the intel gpu the program runs fine.

In XCX I get 20-30fps.
SM3DW is 60fps constant in every level except 1-5 (circus level).
MK8 first grand prix level runs at 40-60fps.
Yoshi's Woolly World crashes on boot for me.

I discovered this 15.6 driver when I installed Win10 and I noticed that the driver that Windows 10 installs automatically doesn't work AT ALL with Cemu. I searched a bit and lots of people were talking about 15.6 driver for Win10.
So, what's the purpose of Windows 10 forcing the usage of a driver in which OpenGL is not working? Because in Windows 10 it's not obvious how to disable Windows Update... Maybe they just want us to upgrade xD

I did try to run with the 4k graphic pack and, surprisingly, it got rid of the static graphical glitches, but the brightness was still a problem. Performance was atrocious though, completely unplayable.
I run with 16gb RAM DDR3 and an AMD FX8320 at 4.0ghz. If you got something different there, especially if it's an Intel cpu, might want to give it a try then.
Also tried running with the suggested changes to the template posted a while ago in this thread, but either I'm doing something wrong with it, or they just up erase the textures to me.

Lava issue is fixed, but cart issue still persists. I'm starting to hate this game in terms of graphic packs.
