bamboogaming is pretty cheap also and also has free shipping at the moment. It does currently say "Availability: 5th,July batch has sold out, the next batch arrive date hasn't confirm yet." though...
I got mine from Jandaman. Any time I actually get my product, I'm happy. I've also gotten a 3-in-1 Expansion cart from BambooGaming, so they're not a bad choice, either.
Well from China to The Netherlands it is 9 Days that pretty fast you know as China is at the other side of the world

Realhotstuff, in my opinion, is the absolute best site to buy your flash carts from. All my orders have showed up in two days, and they have excellent customer service.
I haven't bought from DealExtreme before, but I really don't feel like waiting two weeks to a month for my order to arrive. And then what happens if my cart arrives faulty, or becomes faulty shorty after I get it. I'll have to send it all the way back to Hong Kong, and have to go through that wait all over again.

supercardnds used to be cheaper by five cents, but I think they increased the price about a week ago to two dollars more.
i think supercardnds might be more worth it because you will get your order in approximately seven days (dealextreme takes two weeks)

oh well... at least it doesn't take as long with Amazon with my DVD orders... ordered them in the middle of September and got them halloween NIGHT! That's an estimated 6 WEEKS!!! Dealextreme takes 1/3 of the time that did!!! (my R4 is gonna arrive when im at camp)
