I successfully installed Green without CFW using waithax. What error are you actually getting in FBI? Do you have the correct seeds in the correct location on your SD card?

Yeah,using a legit ticket and seed.I think FBI might have Fasthax added to it soon now that the 2nd beta seems to be working smoothly.Once you get the "3ds signed tickets+seeds thing downloaded you can just run FBI on its own and choose:SD/tickets and be sure to have SD/fbi/seeds.Or get the "legit cia generator" and have it create a legit cia to use with FBI.Then choose SD/cias.
I'll run waithax again and tell you the error.
yes I do have them in the right folder, used this method to install 9 other games including red blue and S/M
Correct, I'm only having the problem with these two
n3ds11.0.33 soundhax > waithax > FBI > install from ticket

You may have corrupted tickets for those that you are trying to install. It's worth a shot, at any rate.
Could you also show me a screenshot of your fbi/seed folder? And what method are you using to get into FBI?
n3ds 11.0.33 Soundhax > waithax > FBI > SD/tickets.
I've used this method to install sun, moon and ruby with the .tik files from iso.
6 other games were installed with menuhax as an entry point.
Strange, I used the same method. It seems like you're now having issues with Are you sure that you have the correct seed file(s) in sd:/fbi/seed ? Have you tried to see if TikSweep helps?
not sure if i have the correct ones never messed with, or created, that folder before any of this. I ran tiksweep and am now wait(hax)ing.

I think FBI may not have been up to date. I downloaded the latest attachment from the OP and fbi is working again got green installed and kirby. jpn yellow still doesn't want to install, is that because i bought USyellow already?
Good to hear. As for Japanese Yellow, I don't know. The installation of US Yellow shouldn't matter (they have different TitleIDs). It may be truly region locked, but that shouldn't prevent its installation in itself. Sorry I can't be of more help.
The Invalid Handle Error was fixed in a new build of FBI.2.4.6 should be working if one of the one I got in my uploaded folder don't.

JP Pokémon Green legit CIA works on European 11.2 by using Soundhax and then using FBI_Maki edition (Fasthax supported FBI) to install the Legit CIA file, make sure you have the game's seed.dat file into the SD Card because the JP version does not exist in European eShop (so you couldn't redownload it or use eShop's repair).
