Great it worked! Now I'm just stucked in this screen xD

I press Select then A.
Turn on and it's back in this screen.

If you're getting this, you already have a9lh. Continue from step 17.

That's the thing, after I power on it goes back to this screen. I can't see the Luma3DS config screen.

as soon as i power up my 3ds the screen with the error pops up. does pulling the battery out, once my 3ds is powered off, fix this issue?

First try with Old 3ds with 11.0 and second try on old 3ds with 11.2 (Both Eur) WOOO

All the steps are needed. Don't worry, after that is just configuring a9lh, backing up the otp.bin, restoring your backup and cleaning your microSD.

Download this: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/download/v6.6/Luma3DSv6.6.7z and put the arm9loaderhax.bin in your microSD root.

swtich to the arm9loaderhax.bin from the Safehax zip, not the SafeAL9H one

The file is 2.1.0-4U_ctrtransfer_o3ds.bin but I'm running on the new3ds
