@Steve Antony Williams , try getting the 11.2 to 10.4 EUR file for a partial downgrade, and then use 9.2 for the same region. It should work.
That means nothing to me, that might as well be in Chinese. I'm on 9.5 already .... And now it won't boot into Homebrew launcher anymore.

Try the older Version of SysDowngrader, i think it was 1.04, that helped me after I had a nearly similar issue with downgrading from 10.4 to 9.2.
Read my post at the page before this one for more context.
Trying that now and it seems to be working, lots of verified and/or installed messages. Now it's rebooting and it's been black for some time ....
And now we are 9.2.0-20E so decrypt9 next, let's hope it gets less confusing from here on!
Open Decrypt9WIP (This can sometimes take a few tries) .... ORLY? Attempt 9 coming up.

Starting the downgrade hax soon. Is it really exidiahax file I'm using even tho I'm using Jagged Alliance as the exploit game? The guide refers to "sudokuhax" but when you download the package for your region, the EUR package is exidiahax or something.
I've had the same problem.
Did the downgrade give you any errors or something?
If you can't get in try to format the system with sd card taken out, enter the HBC via browser, install menuhax und start the downgrade again. This is what I did, after this procedure Decrypt9 opened immediately with the first try.

Yeah, same, I'm doing the Decrypt9 bits and pieces now.
Ok, guide says put DspDump.3dsx in /3ds but there's only a DspDump.bin ?!?!

Yes it says .3dsx on the download page but click it and downloads a .bin file
