Why hasn't the USA version of the Nintendo DS Browser been dumped yet? It's been like 3 weeks from its release. What gives?

Wow, just wow. >_>

You shouldn't be pirating in the first place. Release groups sell/steal games at their own expense, and with their own money and have no obligation to dump anything.

That and in most cases, dumping the ROM file would be a moot point as the program won't run on a flashcard (discounting the crack/patch that was released for the E version, however). It's probably not so much the fact of the dumpers just not being able to get the game to dump, but there'd be no real point in doing so since almost no one could use it anyway. You could argue that for completion's sake it should be dumped, but as far as I know, it's identical to the E version.
