Homebrew please help me my 10.7.0.32J new 3ds is not working for browserhax

i saw 3ds guide and ipblocking thread(https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/issues/684), but is not working.
if access hombrew URL(http://ytl8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php), 3ds is shows the error code 032-1219. how can i do? sorry for my bad english i am korean

Scan this using the camera

Seems like browserhax not work on 10.7 Japanese version...try another exploit

I could be completely wrong, but the website may not be available in your country. Or your connection or WiFi is bad, or your not connected at all.
