Get CFW SysNAND. Then use Brazillian USB Method to install your games. Get Wii U USB Helper to download your games. CFW SysNAND just patches the NAND and doesn't take up 33 GB.
You can setup a permanent version but you can brick doing it. To do it just compile dimok's iosuhax https://github.com/dimok789/iosuhax and use "cfw" (Can't share precompiled as illegal). However it is way easier to use the sig patches one I linked. (Unless you need to use wupclient)is it permanent? Link me to it please! Thanks in advance!
I just don't like the browser to load up homebrew, and ds vc is too much money for me to spend, I keep my hacking budget low, so that i have things i need.

I just don't care for vc XD But since there are hax involved then i am all for it!
