here is my scenario i downloaded the leaked cia a week before the launch in 18/11 and never went online since then. today i decided to do it, so i used the gts link trade and battle spot, and so far i'm still fine. i will let you know if anything go's wrong.
My console is usa (U) by the way

is it safe to to unban my 3ds by using my other 3ds seed because i don't want both my of my 3ds banned

If I have a backup prior to being banned can I extract my nnid save.bin from it and inject it into the latest backup?

Can someone explain me in really simple term how to unban myself from online with my N3dsXL that was system transfered to? I don't really understand the HxD instructions...

Can't put it simplier than this:

Method B - 1 3DS Method: Before doing this, be sure that Your banned 3DS did a System Transfer before, if not, this will not work.
1) Open Decrypt9 on your 3DS, go to SysNAND Options -> System File Dump and do the two following procedures: Dump LocalFriendCodeSeed_B and Dump movable.sed;
2) Now open your SD Card's root directory on your PC, and get the 2 files you just dumped from the files9 folder;
3) Open HxD (Hex Editor) and open movable.sed, copy everything except for the first 8 bytes and the last 40 (for dummys, use the indexes, you can start copying from row 00000000/ col 08 until row 00000110/ col 07);
5) Open HxD (Hex Editor) and open LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, press CTRL + A (Select All), then paste your code (It should be different code);
6) Now just go to Decrypt9 again and inject back the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B that you edited. Done, Reboot and you should be unbanned.

eshop being bannes not a big problem since you can just download the cias for updates

i have sytem tranfered form the banned 3ds before but the moveable seed and fc seed are the same
