I WANT TO BELIEVE IT ISN'T.
I give you full permission to laugh in face if isn't though. I feel Nintendo might just be fear-mongering.

Honestly I managed to get unbanned using friend code seed method so there's that.
From Online ban?

midnight 23rd (1 minute past midnight) will be 100% safe I guarantee as it would be against Law then as Midnight Launches etc

xDDD. Are we talking about the 23 or 24 ? yeah its a good idea to wait until its the 24.11 01:01 AM, to be 100% safe.I will do that.

Really doesn't matter which version you use BUT again people weren't banned because of the header, they were banned for being online period. Common sense says, if your eShop is banned before it was possible to get the seed and you're online using Ver 16/32, they know without a doubt you didn't buy it because you don't have eShop access, which is technically just as risky as using a console header on a cart dump. Since we already know Ninty probably could check the header they wouldn't do it without being flagged (public headers are flagged because they're dupes) and we know the cart dump won't flag because console headers are unique. Pick your poison to play your illegal game, it's no more risky using a CIA right now than it was 6 months ago. Chill

you can still get games via pc eshop and ur 3ds will auto download shit
