Was this obtained by dumping a gamestore copy? People have said to have seen it in game stores prior to this happening. How was the cartridge obtained?
Exactly that. Unless someone from game freak leaked it..
Yes you should be able to transfer to a proper cia and/or cartridge with jk save manager

In fbi theres a button called titles, hit that till you see pokemon sun/moon then go to delete title + ticket
Are both Sun and Moon 3.26 GB? Regardless, downloading now.can't give link but it is currently on the front of -snip- with this image and link

I downloaded XP on dialup when it came out. Overnights for like a week. cuz I couldn't tie up the phone line during the day. It was so awesome and worked so great going from ME to XP. -
