Anyone able to help with my save? It doesn't seem to want to work for me. I edited it a while back, but was never able to load it. At first I thought it was due to having the Bold Swimsuit on, but even after changing back, I have had problems. Would someone with knowledge of the saves be able to verify this for me, so I know what might be causing the problems? Thanks if you can.

Hey fam i got a quick question, anyone got importable amiibo unit files?
Use the search feature in this thread to find the amiibo files. They've been uploaded multiple times and I'm tired of relinking people to them when they can find them themselves.

Hey guys, I've got a quick question!
No errors or anything, I'm just a wee bit curious—would there be a way to unlock all fort buildings and max out the affection meter with this or would it require some hex editing?

I believe that both of those requires hex editing.

Does anyone know what I can do?

I've looked at it, but I couldn't find anything wrong with it, unless you can't wear the Amiibo accessories (I don't know as I don't have a scanner). Only thing I can think of is that it got corrupted when created/edited/when being downloaded via FTP.

You can wear the amiibo accessories.

I got the amiibo accessories before editing the saves. As for transferring via ftp, it's the only easy way to do the transfer without opening up my New 3DS, and the back faceplate has a dodgy screw anyway. Thanks for checking.

I think I messed up even more. I can't even get to the file select menu! I even tried restoring the original.

EDIT: Nevermind. I just had to transfer files via SD Card rather than FTP.

Now what have you done? xD
Totally not trying to make 99 dragon herbs that can be used 99 times each.

Edit: Close enough.

Hello guys!

Sorry if this is a bit offtop, but I have a huge problem with the Fe Fates Special Edition extra data saves.

I have a physical copy of the Special edition and was playing it quite a lot. The problem is that I lost my 3ds( not the fe cart), and bought a new one with cfw.

But most of my recent fef saves were in extra data.

For now, I have a full dump of the SD card from my old 3ds which contains the exdata for FE Fates. Is there any way to transfer it to my new one? If I just copy the folder with exdata save to my new sd card, the game says that the data is corrupted and creates a new one.

Please, help! Maybe I can somehow transfer the saves via this save editor or are they lost forever?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, there's no way to do that without the original system or with this editor. A full dump of your SD card will not help you. Now that you have a system with CFW, install JKSM's CIA, and then use that to backup your new save files. You can't restore any of your old extra data saves.

Quick question; can I change my avatar's name using this?

I went to deep in the game without caring about that until I received visitors via Spotpass and I feel horribly vanilla now.

0.17.0 is released! https://github.com/Soaprman/FEFTwiddler/releases/tag/0.17.0

Note that there are two zip files. Grab the "withAddons" one if you use custom DLC. It should contain some XML files that add KunoichiZ's changes.

I kinda just woke up recently and decided I felt like working on FEFTwiddler again, so here's a release.

* Add: FEFTwiddler now supports XML "addon data" for classes and characters. This means you can add support for your custom DLC without anyone else having to lift a finger! I might document this in the future, but for now, grab the "withAddons" zip if you want to see it in action.
* Note: I haven't decided yet how I want to manage addons, if at all. Maybe I'll leave that to you guys.
* Add: You can now view a list of buildings in your castle, along with their positions and what direction they're facing. This is to lay some groundwork for something I want to work on in the future. The foundation's still a little shaky, so let me know if the building list is wrong for you (and please upload your save if you do)!
