Is there anyway to program a key combo like L+start to emulate the Home Button? My Home Button doesn't work after I did hardmod, no huge deal but would be nice to have another option other then Power then close the 3ds lid to exit games.

I just updated to 11.2, and when I boot up the 3DS a Luma error screen appears saying:

"An error has occured:

Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es).

Press any button to shutdown"

What do I do?
Switch to latest Luma stable release (v6.3.1). Do not use the nightlies for now.

It seems that 6.3.1 stable works with firmware 11.2 but the latest nightly brings up an error about patches failing to apply.

Has a commit between the 6.3.1 and the latest nightly broken something?

Luma only says "Luma3DS v6.3.1 configuration" at the top when I open it up, does this mean I have the stable version? Am I safe to update to 11.2?

I updated with stable just fine, but it wouldn't hurt to update to latest commit by AW prior to doing so

Well, since 6.3.1 is the latest commit, and my Luma doesn't state that it's a nightly, I'm guessing it's the latest stable, so perhaps I'm safe.

Yes you are safe to update, but by latest commit I mean building from AW latest code updates where she fixed the nightly version. I found a build just now by googling "luma3ds nightly 5d86828" where someone hosted nightly builds of luma. Can't post it here tho because it breaks the GPL license.

Her latest updates where because "anti anti downgrading" was not being patched correctly, but stable build silently booted without error, seems this error checking was added post 6.3.1

How does it?

Did that zip contain the change log and source code? Sorry I didn't look at it
im pretty sure those nightlys are just builds of luma from git. so theres the source. if not, ask whoever is building them.

gpl doesnt mean "compiled releases must be zipped together with all teh source!" its more along the lines of source must be availabe/provided somewhere if asked. im also not a lawyer, but when i update packages on my linux boxes, it doesnt automatically also download all the sources.
