How did you installed pycrypto, when i install it with pip or in google links give me this error:
from Crypto.Cipher import _AES
ImportError: DLL load failed: %1 isnt a windows32 valid app
this is one of the links that i refer before that it doesnt work for me

I installed crypto manually :
1) http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/modules.shtml#pycrypto
2) download pycrypto for python 2.x (if you have python 2.7.x, get the one for python 2.7), for 32 or 64bit (depends your own python version).
3) go to your python folder :
I have python32, so I went to : (you path may be different! I edited it)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Python\Python27\
4) open the downloaded .exe with 7zip (don't double click, not needed)
5) go to PLATLIB folder and extract "crypto" folder into your Python27 folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Python\Python27\Crypto\

I'm at step where I don't have correct VCredist for armips u_u
I can swear I already installed it.
Should I install both 32 and 64 version, even if I'm on Win64?
I already installed VCredist 2015, but I think a program installed v2013 and removed/replaced some files, breaking some existing programs relying on 2015. I reinstalled 2015, but what a mess with all these files every time ....

I think users shouldn't share their ticket bought on eShop (they contain their consoleID).

The problem was that i downloaded x64 version because my Windows its x64 but you said download the PYTHON VERSION
I was trying to compile this since summer with Punderinos guide!!

anpack.py fails at 0x5000000.bin with this for me, does anyone have a idea how to fix it? Using normal python 2, like the makefile.

what you want is not possible.
You will not get the game in encrypted ".app" format, so it's not what you want. right?

I didn't know WiiU had pre-installed titles (except system titles of course).
I guess they are not linked to any account/NNID. But maybe to the consoleID? I don't know. They are probably "legit" like with 3DS pre-installed games.
