Hmmm, I'm not an expert on Saveiine so I don't know about that error (seeing it only happens with the common folder maybe that game doesn't have/use a common folder), maybe someone else could help with this. And regarding your second question, sharing your saves doesn't affect your own games, not even online.
You can upload them using Mega/GDrive or just upload them via forum (if the save is less than 2 mb). In any case I (almost) always make a backup to my GDrive (just in case) and then post them on the first page.

I copied and play "Bloo Bay Beach" save.
I do not know how % of completion, but the discovery of so many levels, perhaps half of the game.

I've used Saviine try it before
every time I try to inject my save, the Wii U freezes.
This is the error that gives me the saviine terminal:
[0] You can not write data to the transport connection: An error occurred during the connection attempt because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time or there was an error in the connection established as the connected host has failed to respond.
I can only dump
How can I DO? Because I want to purchase MK8 DLCs in Disc

Japanese saves are kind of rare, also that error seems to have more to do with Saviine than with the save itself (I don't use Saviine so I don't know). You could try dumping your game to Loadiine and then check with the NTSCU save and if it doesn't load then you know that the problem is the save.Request for 00050000-1010EB00.zip

64% of filling in color
25% of the rock paper scissor challenges
47% of the card museum
and unlocked 100% of all levels including up to the final boss
I also have plenty of cards and things needed to beat the game from there.
