I've the first nintendo 3ds with getaway 3.7.1 and firmware 4.5.0, can I update emunand with a normal update or the 3ds will not support latest firmware on emunand and keep working as gateway?

I just try wit my friend.. he the my downloaded eng ver also cannot dlc download.. but his chinese ver can dlc download..

I still need to downgrade (FIRM 10.4) to 9.2? Like install menuhax, start sysDowngrader...?

Yes:

You can now continue from either Homebrew Launcher (No Browser) or Homebrew Launcher (Browser), depending on what the Part 1 - Decrypt9 chart specified for your version.

Even if you system format, your NNID will still be linked to that console.

To unlink, you should call Ninty or see here how to:

About the games, I don't know for sure, but probably will be gone.
