Yes, because Vita support so far has been excellent, right?
Anywho, at most we'll miss a few indies, God knows we have enough of them already on the Vita.
At least now we can be assured that there won't be unboxed Vitas lying around in stores waiting to be adopted like orphans.
Have you even seen the upcoming release schedule for vita games lately because I think you'll find the system actually does have some excellent third party support at the moment

The Vita is dead Indie ain't gonna save it. So when Sony cuts the support either in 2018 with all those indie games and online only games able to be download at anytime. Or in 2020 with like 10 full games online and most of those indies games gone and the Ps vita with no support at all.

I'd be very surprised if this actually was a DevKit leak, given that this game really is a high profile japanese game made by Falcom, and not some 3rd party shovelware that Adventure Time was.
Let's just hope that the poster will release more info/games soon. If someone could PM me with the link of the forums that would be great ;)

can somebody confirm that this isn't a dev game?

If this really came from a cart, then this means there is already a method to dump your games and run them on your memory card, can't wait to dump all of my carts :D

The only one who could confirm this didn't came from a devkit is the uploader himself by uploading another decrypted game, favorably a big title like killzone

The forum thread of the decrypted game.
you mean the original, source thread? this - http://bbs.2dkf.com/read.php?tid=569591
or do you mean when people started talking about it in english a few hours later on other sites?

or you mean the thread on gba? maybe it was deleted because it was posted multiple times etc, maybe a post was deleted for piracy links... stuff like that

nothing to rip lol

Well, if it is true I bet Sony's balls are scratched to blood already because they can't do shit anymore

Well if this turns out to be real I'll know who to blame when third party devs inevitably drop support for the vita like a rock.

Complaining of that when you are posting in a console hacking thread lol, think you got confused with the official sony forums and here mate.

Plus who cares anyway? since the vita is a dead plaform and Henkaku is the best thing to happen to it in a long shot.

sure but they already patched the hack in 3.61, so, they did what they can.
Chances that 3.61 has undiscovered exploits are almost 100 % since there is no such thing as a perfect security. As Vita gets explored via HENkaku ways to downgrade/get kernel access/port HENkaku to higher FW will probably emerge

haha yeah of course it is true, but people have been trying to get into the vita for ages now, and only really thanks to one anonymous tip about the webkit exploit they got in.
good that we can get into the vita and yes, see more about it which could lead to more entry points, but i wouldn't be surprised if this is the only and final entry point.

of course i hope for more though.
