I've had that myself, and I installied OpenCMA, then QCMA until one or the other works.

This is very cool! People have asked for this à long time.

Personally, I dont care that much. Why?

1. PSViTA games are often for sale, very cheap and reasonable prices.
2. I already have the N3DSXL fully hacked. The PSViTA Will not offer much more. Perhaps the PSViTA could do crappy N64 emulation, at best.
3. I prefer The N3DSXLs controls over the PSViTAs by 100 times.
4. The PSViTA scene Will be very small. Dont expect much activity in there.

Perhaps Im wrong, lets see in 2 years IF there are any functional N64 emulator for example.

This doesn't enable piracy (for now). And actually, the same can be said for 3DS games.

The PS Vita is much, much more powerful than the N3DS. If devs fully use its potential, the emulators will run much better on the Vita.

If you experience errors with QCMA, perhaps the first tutorial in this guide will be a little easier to get your Vita to 3.60? (I know this works because I used it once and worked like a charm.)

If qcma definitive doesnt work i will try this the method seem easier

I think the eboot should be decrypted, but it probably isn't and that's why it isn't working.
Otherwise we could just copy gamecards via Vitashell and load it in any Vita we want? Without having to use those decryption tricks from here: http://pastebin.com/pz9FbTet

Decrypting a game is different from decrypting its EBOOT.
A game is cake to decrypt: Shell in patch dir, open Manual as <other system app>, open "game", start FTP and download.
The EBOOT, however, has its own layer of encryption which hasn't been broken; that's what one would need to actually boot it.

I downloaded the offline installer.
It's years since last time a power outage or problems with the internet appeared here or that I just wanted to use my Vita outside.
But it's very fast installed. After the installation you still can use the online installer.
You just should install it.

I find the internet website faster (no errors activating) but the email is a nice to have
