Hum, I dunno if I'm doing something wrong, but I cannot exit to the home menu if I boot from menuhax (afaik, it should go into the home menu). Also, testing with the menuhax-thread it crashes the home menu, it actives menuhax by default on reboot but dunno if its normal that menuhax-thread crashes the home menu.

Good to see this again, so well, I"ll keep in 10.7 with 11.0 updates with the exception of NATIVE_FIRM for Spoof. Since then it will be good to the people install MenuHax since with an updated Nintendo can block the Browser and the workaround is patched in 10.7 Web Browser.

This means using dsiwarehax, system transfer with cfw hack 3ds, and browserhax, we can downgrade our 3ds on 11.0 official firmware, correct?

All we need now is a less complicated softmod downgrade and people can be getting themselves on the A9LH path!
we probably won't have such a thing for a long time. We either need to somehow dump/restore the NAND (which is something that allows for that plaintext attack to downgrade NATIVE_FIRM and can easily be patched, patching both DSiWare downgrades and hardmod downgrades) or an ARM9 kernel exploit. Will we be seeing anything of the sort anytime soon? I doubt it.

After 11.0 gets patched, A vicious cycle of dumb noobs will continue to exist with "Can I downgrade my 12.0 firmware?"

And then.... The plaintext attack won't work to downgrade NATIVE_FIRM anymore, and they'll have to wait for an ARM9 kernel exploit x.x and then the bricks will start again.

what would happen if I have HBL already and then decide to update when N releases a new firmware (say, to enter the eshop and get a patch)
HBL isn't something you install persay. It's something you spaz the system into redirecting to. What you have are methods to make the system spaz; here that being browserhax/menuhax - with an update from N likely blocking the action of browserhax [and removing preinstalled menuhax]; at least until a new hole is found to exploit.

Procedure is the same ==> make sure you have the menuhax3 update in homebrew folder; load browserhax via spider/skater31 address; and install menuhax
