You need CFW. And you can't downgrade from 11.0 without another already hacked 3ds. And you'd need a NEW 3ds anyways. o3ds doesn't work.

Gotta depend on luck at that point, you can try by going to gamestop and ask to buy preowned and check the firmware, but according to reddit post that I saw had the Monster Hunter Generation edition came with 10.7, source below.

Ahh that must be why, I'll do more testing when I get home, also if I can help in anyway with the boss hp on name cheat please let me no I'll do more dumps if needed, and as for the skill set extensions Is there anything we can do to fix it?

That isn't working correctly right now, it might be the skills I put in, I'll try and post a better one later today for him to update on the cheats.
Detected another problem: Turning off a cheat wont turn it off. It simplay stays in effect even after save, quit and restarting the game.
Yeah that's the case for most of the codes because they're in the code section.
It acts like a patching, when it's patched you can't going back.

Is it possible to have the person who found al these codes be contacted to fix up some of the main important ones like armor skill extensions?
I think the code is working but the game have some checks to prevent too cheated build.
