Was trying to update my 3ds emunand and was recommended to install the following files using FBI
0004013000003202,EUR,v11264,11.0.0-33
0004013000003302,EUR,v13313,11.0.0-33
000400DB00017102,EUR,v11264,11.0.0-33
0004001B00010802,EUR,v3072,11.0.0-33
000400DB20016102,EUR,v528,11.0.0-33
0004013820000002,EUR,v24368,11.0.0-33

I missed the fourth one due to an error and rebooted my emunand now nothing will open at all it will just freeze if i click anything in my emuand menu anyway to fix this without making a new emunand dont want to loose all of my games and save data?
Well you will pretty much lose everything (except maybe saves). Next time make a backup before making any major emuNAND changes, such as updating the firmware or installing certain CIA files. Also you need to unlink the NANDs. Having your NANDs linked and on different firmware versions could cause different problems.

Now got a 9.2 system nand and emunand so my system nand data is intact just copying my save file back then going to attempt to update emunand with the normal updater witch should now work because it did not work before because i installed something which had broke it

surprised nobody suggested dumping your movable.sed file via decrypt9 before formatting emunand.....luckily it sounds like your emunand and sysnand were still linked so your saves are ok i assume?
