Okay, I find that it might be the memory patching which is in fault...

Anyway, here's a stripped version, I need some volunteers to test it.

Edit:
I wrote the wrong name but it's the Monster Generation's plugin ;)

oh that's why when i started it went trough to my save but when I activated a cheat it gave me a error. I will wait for the EU version pls notify me :)
