So kind of a noob here but, I succesfully installed all of this and without any errors (yay!)
But I have a question regarding new games. So if I were to buy pokemon Sun or Moon will I be able to launch them without any issues or do I have to wait for firmware updates?

Here you go shadow bro, I don't know why it does that, and I am well aware it's not harmful but it it is nonetheless annoying. :C
I had a similar issue when I updated A9LH. I was using CBM9 as my arm9loaderhax.bin, booting into Luma instantly by default and that happened. I swapped my setup to using Luma as my arm9loaderhax.bin, launching into CBM9 as the start button payload instead, and that fixed the issue for me.
No idea if that helps you at all, but that was my experience with it.

to use Luma3DS you need to update the sysnand from 4.5. yes you'll keep everything.

Just dropping by to give some more details on this issue I had previously.
I remember I ran Uncart as a payload by mistake (pressed X on boot) thinking it was another payload.
I had my GW blue card in the slot at the moment Uncart started, then forced a power off by pressing the power button for some seconds.
This might have been the cause of my black screen previously, as for the exact reason WHY,I'm still unsure of the technical details.
Guys...i have a problem...i cant bring the configuration screen up by holding select button.......and when i open the luma3ds updater....it says " The configuration file could not found"......am i missing something in my 3ds ? i need to change the cpu setting to play the final fantasy explorer
I tried to use CTR boot manager to get to my luma rednand without going through the homebrew menu, but my system just crashes every time I choose Luma3DS. Homebrew menu works from ctr though. Have I done something wrong? I'm told that many others have had the same question recently so it makes me wonder if something didn't break in an update. But naturally, I have no clue what I'm talking about.

it works for me with Cobernik and Luma3DS without any problems.
it is faster to configure IMHO and it works perfectly with the newest version of Luma3DS.

i have the luma folder in my sdcard with "payloads", "config.bin" &" firmware.bin"......but my config.bin is 0.00mb issit possible my config.bin is corrupted ?

delete the config.bin only ? it will create a new config.bin after i deleted it ? or i have to copy a new config.bin to the folder again ?
