i did the patch and set the DNS settings, and i get replied with error code 220320 on the wii on the contract.

What language settings and the country settings do you use?

That's because you patched the IOS.
The patch changes the RSA Key used to sign the file, thus returning this error.
When we release the RiiConnect24 News Channel which should be very very very soon, then it won't return this.

Please change your Country Code back to Portugal and open up the EULA.
I have fixed it so it should display now.
EDIT: It would be nice if you could translate this into Portuguese as the EULA displayed it in that language. I could send you a PM with details.

Not sure about the Nintendo Channel, but the Everybody Votes Channel of course will be about voting.
Right. but how do we get the channels back when released? will they be added on the wii shop channel, or we need to get a wad for them?
With the news channel if you just load it from the wii menu (and have riiconnect24 set up properly on the wii) you will get the news the RiiConnect24 team posted a few days ago. No need to have any new channels installed, unless you deleted the News channel with AnyTitleDeleter, and in that case you can get a new News Channel wad from NUS downloader. (Make sure the channel you make is suited for your region though!)
They havent released the Everybody votes channel yet.

I was expecting a more "user-friendly" way to get the Everybody Votes Channel, but that works. (when it eventually gets released)
Im not even sure if you can pack a wad from NUS downloader for the EBV channel, but im sure a wad download of it exists somewhere on the internet.
