Fair enough. I recommend Delphi or C++. Those are a good next step in someone's programming path. If you have a good understanding of C#, C++ isn't too hard to grasp, though I won't lie; Delphi can be a challenge but is very worth it.All valid points imo.I still like it even though I'm a noob. haha
I made it in C# for 2 reasons:
Shameless gets its data from the titlekeys website. Apart from that, it consults my own database of title sizes so the user doesn't have to calculate it manually.
I already got the encTitleKeys.bin from the website, but the thing is I feel the shameless has more files, and better frequently updates. If you could make the button to download from your software which includes everything inside and create a encTitleKeys.bin, that would be terrific great mate!
I already have a file for Bravely Second on my computer... but my brother doesnt, and I just decided id send him a QR code for it off of this... however, the only one i see on there is EUR... we have USA n3ds... could i still send him this and it work?Love this program
ya i just finished isntalling the eur cia that was on shameless on mine.. and it played jsut fine... just hoping wont cause any issues or ban stuff... do we no safety issues as far as installing eur tickets like that on my custom synand?

What do you mean by date? If you mean by date added, Shameless doesn't store that. Of course, if more than a couple of people need this functionality, I might add it!
The Title key database admin updates it. Actually, users update it with their own keys. Unfortunately, as of now you need to check for updates yourself. I can add auto update checking if people want.Wow, 1.8.7 is amazing !
Question though...how often is the game database updated ?
