This doesn't seem to work with samurai warrior chronicles 3, it asks me to input name (for new import) and it just freezes and crash. This happened with svdt and save manager (smdh) too. It shows up as a .bin file on svdt, but it won't let me import it. As for this save manager and smdh, they both crashes without any prompts. Can anyone help?

Try doing what I mentioned above. Extract the save using SaveDataFiler (it seems to be a little more stable than the homebrew solutions?), then copy over the save created by SaveDataFiler to the game's folder for JKSM and import using JKSM.

Hello, I never used a save manager, i'm going to use it for Animal Crossing NL, but, we're okay:
exporting = cartridge to SD
importing = SD to cartridge
?
:lol:
Export = game to SD backup
Import = SD backup to game

That is, it works the same way for eshop games.

May I please get some instructions on how to export and import a savegame for 999:Virtue's Last Reward?

I've got some save games, but they're all in data_1, data_2 format. I get the idea you're supposed to extract the savegame from the 3ds, put it on your hard drive, then overwrite it with the saved game and then put it back on the 3ds.

The problem is I don't understand how I'm supposed to extract the saved games from the SD card, no programs seem to do it or read anything on the SD card.

Thanks for replying, but it doesn't seem to work either. It said it can't read the save and crashes. Not sure what else to do at this point. :/

This tool was a lifesaver. I've been sitting on some old mii plaza data and activity log data that I couldn't migrate over from my O3DS and using existing tools (savedatafiler) wouldn't ever work. Just ran it on the O3DS, extracted everything, then imported on N3DS. Worked like a charm and now I have all my streetpass plaza and activity log data :D.

All my saves migrated over fine it seems. Even game notes :). With the sole exception of Four Swords Anniversary, which didn't pop up in the list (help!?) and Zelda Minish Cap, which is a GBA game. Any clue on how to migrate these saves over?

For GBA saves you AGBsave9 to backup the saves.

isn't there a menu specifically for DSi games in the JKSV app?

No? Cartridge, SD/CIA (doesn't show Four Swords/DSI, and GBA games don't work), System Titles (system stuff), Shared EXTdata, Refresh games, and Extras (set playcoins). That's all I see. Perhaps I have an old version? I literally got it after setting up A9LH a few days ago. So unless there's been a recent update...

What has to be done to transfer all of activity log? Transferring activity log and F0000009 will transfer the software library part of it. But that doesn't transfer the records part.
