Basically once you've decompressed the files using tinke. Open BWSE, then before you click select folder, you must have the 'Pokemon' box ticked. Then when opening, go to the folder you've stored the decompressed files in, open it, then open the root folder, then click on the '4' narc and click ok. Once opened, don't click the female box, as it'll give you the same message (I think this is because the female sprites may be located in a different place or something?)

Update: Now It Works to make a my own pokemon.

How it Works? Is Very Simple

use Tinke and extrack the file a/0/0/4 then afer UnPack Only one Time, do not decompress two times then after decompressed extrack all things in the current file on BWSE and active the "pokemon" Mark and enjoy

Wouldn't it be a challenge to make your own Pokemon in Black or White? Since they have Animations? Or do they just change to static images?
