Hacking List of games not working on Sky3ds+

Hey everyone, I just bought the Sky3ds+ about a couple of days ago, and I realized that a couple of the Roms that I own won't work on the Sky3ds+. Since I haven't seen a list of what doesn't work I decided to start one.

Roms that don't work (on my Sky3ds+)

Animal crossing - New Leaf
Etrian Odyssey Untold - The Millennium Girl
Resident Evil Revelation
Xenoblade Chronicles

I got the Roms from -------- (just in case it's the roms that are bad and not the Sky3ds+.)

I thought I did? I don't see the link on my post anymore? Anywho, Does anyone have any games that are not working on their Sky3DS's?

it should work on sky3ds+.
I'm pretty sure 2 of the games you mentioned work fine

Animal Crossing: New Leaf works, just opened it up for an hour or so on my Sky3ds+. Only thing that showed up was an error in the save when I started it up for the first time but all I had to do was restart the N3DS.

hmmm...maybe I just need to restart my 3ds? I did everything else before loading the Roms. Formated my 32 gb sandisk with SDFormatter, made sure the Roms were USA region and came from a reliable source, and also updated the Sky3ds plus with the v110 update (supposedly you don't need the v112 unless your playing online games.)

If you don't have version 112 yet I would actually go ahead and install it, it doesn't hurt at all. It also allows you to play without gamelist.bin in the sd card.

I was going to, until I read that v110 is what allows to play without the gamelist. v112 rewrites some code for online play.

Also, I tried restarting my DS and no luck. The games I mentioned above still don't work.

What exactly happens, can you describe that? Do they not load at all using the orange buttons or do they load and when you start nothing happens?

When I load the Roms onto the SD card (32 gb Sandisk) it won't show up when I use the Sky3ds+, it just shows a blank image where a picture of the game should be. The games that do work, Pokemon X, Supersmash, etc. show the game pictures when I cycle through using the orange buttons. Just not the games I mentioned above.

Xenoblade and Resident Evil don't work because the ROMs have more than 4Gb and theSky3ds+ SD need to be formatted in FAT32 (that only support arquives up to 4Gb)

I have had that problem, I just eject the sky3ds+ and pop it back in and that usually lets them show. or slide the microsd out and back in the sky3ds+.
Its quite sensitive, especially to Sandisk cards so if you have on of those just trial and error should get you to show the games.

Yep I came across that problem too, you can Trim the games using CTR which makes the games playable. Monster Hunter is 4gb but I'm able to play it after I trimmed it.

But SOMETIMES you lose quality (sometimes audio, sometimes graphics), I sensed it on both games xD

I haven't tried Etrian Oddysey, but the other three work for me fine.

First thing I tried, it could be that the card I have is just extra sensitive or faulty. I have to admit though, popping the Sky3ds in and out game me nostalgia about the old cartridge game systems, I spent many afternoons blowing into duck hunt.

Etrian Oddysey Fafnir Knights works for me but Millennium girls wont.

Which SD card do you use? I ordered a Sony card so hopefully I will get better results. (I read somewhere that Sony tends to work better than Sandisk.)
