Boot your Sysnand and use Browserhax to load the Homebrew Launcher (If you changed your boot.3dsx change it back) and use the launcher to reinstall Menuhax. Also, don't double post.

Now you boot Browserhax with the browser, and then use Menuhax Manager to install Menuhax again. It should be included on the starter pack available on Smea's website.

I don't think you did. As I said, you must first replace your Boot.3dsx with the one that comes with the starter pack (Backup your current one). That will boot you into the homebrew launcher, using the launcher boot the Menuhax manager and install, then put back your old boot.3dsx and you'll be fine. Next time use "Tinker" to change themes as it mantains Menuhax.

people have to understand menuhax is just a custom theme that happens to contain a payload. Nothing more. All menuhax does is get rid of your previous custom theme by modifying the extdata, but not even that is lost if you use the homemenuextdata tool to backup your previous theme.
