Your emuNAND is in a hidden partition on the old SD card. When you transferred your files from the old SD card to the new one, you didn't copy the emuNAND over.

ahh i see, thank you for helping me :)
No problem. If you want to use the new SD card, you need to setup emuNAND on the new SD card:
  1. Download the latest Gateway launcher from the Gateway 3DS website. The latest version is 3.7.1.
  2. Put Launcher.dat onto the root of your new SD card. You will have to overwrite the old one.
  3. Create a new folder on your computer. Backup all your files from the new SD card to the new folder on your computer. This is important because your new SD card will be erased later on.
  4. Put the new SD card in your 3DS and launch Gateway normally. Hold the L button as you load Gateway to load the Gateway menu.
  5. Go to the option to format emuNAND. Start the process. Wait for it to finish.
  6. When it's done, turn off your 3DS and take out your new SD card.
  7. Put your old SD card into your computer.
  8. Use emuNAND tool on your computer to backup your 9.0 emuNAND from your old SD card to somewhere on your computer.
  9. Take your old SD card out of your computer and put the new SD card in your computer.
  10. Use emuNAND tool to restore the 9.0 emuNAND from your computer to the new SD card.
  11. Copy your files from your new folder back to your new SD card.
  12. Put the SD card in your 3DS and boot Gateway normally. Everything should be working how you want with the new SD card.
Optional:
  1. After finishing the above steps and booting into your Gateway emuNAND, go to System Settings.
  2. It should say GW3D 9.0. If it does, go to System Update and update your emuNAND to the latest 10.5.
  3. When the process is finished, allow your 3DS to reboot. Re-launch Gateway the normal way.
  4. After you re-launch Gateway, go to System Settings. It should say GW3D 10.5.0-30.

I've been tring to get online on 9.2 i thought it would work so if i update to GW3D 10.5.0-30 i can go online and it will stop telling me to update to the lastest verison?

That is correct. It used to be that you could get online with any system version. Recently, Nintendo started to require that one be on the latest system version in order to play online. Updating your Gateway emuNAND to 10.5 should allow you to play online. Make sure you follow my instructions carefully so you don't accidentally update your sysNAND.

Everything will work like it did before because you aren't touching your sysNAND. Your sysNAND will stay on 4.4.
