but that save works on desmume without any problem, can you edit the last save or test it?

And remember, I tried to put the another save (this one the app recognize it) but the cartridge said that the game was corrupted. The save you put yesterday that it worked on Desmume.

It's because DeSmuME considers it's 256KB, so it appends unused bytes at the end.
Editing the save won't make it work with TWLSaveTool, considering what happened.

but you mean that the save that you put yesterday isn't going to work neither??

I just realized this can in fact be used to run DSi mode homebrew by injecting a DSiWareHax save to a game cart.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky doesn't work. It adds an extra 0xFF byte at the beginning of the file. Additionally, I looked at Feroz El Mejor's saves from a few pages ago, and one of them had the first hundred or so bytes zero'd out.

I tried backing up my save, and it had the same problem, except worse. I only got 64KB of the 128KB save. I've attached the save that TWL Save Tool extracted, in addition to one made by my NDS Backup Adapter Plus for reference.

By the way, the latest build of TWLSaveTool should deliberately prevent you to interact with your EoS cartridge. Tell me if it doesn't.

I tested this save on my R4 and it works, but the TWLSaveTool says that is not compatible, I can have a version where you can force the save injection? I don't know why, but I feel like injecting that save would work on the cartridge.

I tried to edit the save size with Wood on R4 but it didn't changed of size, I'm sure that if the save didn't work, it's going to be something to edit the file size.

I mean the new one, I asked to restore it, then it worked on desmume, I made an export of the save from desmume and that one works on R4 too (The save I posted just before). Now it's only the cartridge the only one that didn't work.

I didn't make any change between the two 1.1 releases, except making it say that it doesn't work with EoS.

having problems with my save file i backed up from my card when i use it in desmuse and use gba slot it crashes the emulator for some reason it does not do that with a new save i started on the emulator

I have saves for Pokemon White 1 and 2 created with desmume and I recently bought a original White 2 cartridge (so, I can use it on my Reinand CFW with Pokemover/Pokebank), is there any way to inject my save (from desmume) into my original White 2 cartridge?

DeSmME > Export Save, and put it in sd:/TWLSaveTool/POKEMON W2.0.sav (whatever it expects).

Any idea if PMD: EoS can possibly ever be fixed?
Or is it like, something really weird that EoS does with its save files and no-one really knows how it works?

I use the emulator NO$GBA, if i want use my same save file from my cartridge game and then use on the emulator is possible? And at the same time is possible get the save file back with out get corrupted?

Edit: Becouse i try to use the save file on Nogba and it work but when i try to go back on the cartridge i can't restore the file.
