Hacking Restoring emunand my only hope ?

Hello guys, I have an odd issue, I will admit it.
Having just installed a CFW I discovered that any game cia installed into the emunand is considered by the 3ds as bought, and so it is re-downloadable.

My issue is that I want to buy a game I previously installed and uninstalled. How can I do that ?
Is my only solution to restore the emunand ?
What about the money I have in my eshop account ? Will it stay there or disappear ?

Don't buy it? If you installed the CIA, then uninstalled, then why not take advantage, and get it for free..

Backup the 3ds folder on the SD card and let it make a new one. Then it might let you buy it. I have no idea if that would work but it might.
