I just realized even if I were to stick with the US version and have the text overwritten, the petting minigame would be omitted. Please disregard my last question.

This is getting localized. Why are you concerned with translating it?
can i use this patch with ntr
Because once again where getting screwed by Big N because they apparently don't think we can handle adult themes which is funny with all the talk recently that they've been doing about focusing on the core gamers with there next gen console lol

Stupid question does this version of the patch include subs for when there are movie sequences?
Well, I already have a working encoder (still quite big files, but work), but I need to implement it in MobiConverter.@Gericom is working on a moflex video player... it's possible this will lead into an encoder eventually. But right now, yeah, no solution for video translation.
Would it be possible to get my hands on the encoder?Well, I already have a working encoder (still quite big files, but work), but I need to implement it in MobiConverter.
Quite probably A-Birthright and B-Conquest, due to the bias the entire story gives towards Hoshido tbh, though there's a high chance that's not what the A-B folder sorting is for at all.@LinkmstrYT While looking through my decrypted romfs, a lot of folders have "A" and "B" folders in them, I assume this is what divides the Hoshido and Nohr files, however, I don't know which ones correspond to each route.
Is A Hoshido and B Nohr? Or is it the other way around?

Please keep those thoughts to yourself and it's obviously not true. =_=;Quite probably A-Birthright and B-Conquest, due to the bias the entire story gives towards Hoshido tbh
I admit it's opinionated as hell and obviously not intentional but having burned through two-and-a-half paths myself, I kinda feel like the game lowkey shits on Nohr more often than it does Hoshido for no given reason. (To explain why would literally be Spoilers Incorporated, though, so..)Please keep those thoughts to yourself and it's obviously not true. =_=;
A = Hoshido
B = Nohr
I know, it's the best part.Thanks, this is all the info needed.
By the way, my favorite part is when you start a new game, and big sister Lucina tells you that you must defeat her to leave the castle.

Still waiting on a Moflex Encoder. avi -> moflexSay, LinkmstrYT, if you don't mind me asking, what's the progress on converting the CGI to moflex or... something like that, so you'd be able to subtitle the cutscenes?
I don't mind if you don't want to drop any details, but I'm just really hyped for this project since Fire Emblem if (Special Edition) came in the mail for me the other day.
Ah, I see. If I could help, I would.Still waiting on a Moflex Encoder. avi -> moflex
I am making more progress. P-frames support is still lacking though (which means the files are quite big), but I think I will be able to start implementing that aswell soon. I must also say that the encoder is terribly slow. Encoding +/- 15 seconds of video at 30fps takes about 3 minutes. I am not sure if I will be able to speed that up though.Still waiting on a Moflex Encoder. avi -> moflex
I have a couple of questions.
Oh, and the current encoder does not compress really well yet (aka. big files), so that will need some improvement. Also, you can compare moflex to h264. The techniques used are almost the same. It's just a different bitstream format.
- I think my converter will use ffmpeg for reading the input files, so you can just use mp4. But should it also be able to scale the video down to 3ds format (maybe as an option)?
- Which 3d format will be used? Most moflex files use interleaved 3d (so first left eye frame then right eye frame etc.) but it doesn't seem to be common used on the pc. Should there be commandline flags to specify the type?
We don't really mind how slow the encoder is. So no need to worry. ;pI am making more progress. Also, I would like to have the answers on these questions:
