you don't have them working on n3ds and if you have, you don't have region free.
Yeah, on n3ds it's either region free or ds / dsi / gba VC. Any new nightly has region free but lacks the other. You'd need sysnand for that. Or you just use region free patched files, or even better, files from your region.

I just wanted to update and tell everyone what I did on my issue scarlet was helping me with and its probably something I would never recommend in less you can bs and lie your way around a corner on nintendo xD I emailed their support about my NNID being locked to another system when I never did a system change on the current ds and told them it messed up after the update 10.5 was released (Which was true) and some other infos on that as well. They ended up asking me what my purchase/download history where and after providing that they unlinked it and had me re link it so now it works again :3
If you are good at google you can find a Rxtools Ready To use Nightly build that works with menuhax and ctrbootmanager thus bringing you into the future of never using spidehax again for launching rxtools also if you made it auto boot you would never have to worry about another sys update again
