Starting at 750 and going onwards, this was mainly region dupes and a few not especially noteworthy Japanese games:
OK 735 but Castlevania - Portrait of Ruin US release.
0782 Hiite Utaeru DS Guitar - M-06
0820 Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney - Justice For All (if you did not play it as Gyakuten saiban 2)
0823 Hotel Dusk - Room 215 (if you like phoenix wright chances are you will like this)
0836 Diddy Kong Racing DS, actually not played it yet myself but it apparently does not hold much to mario kart or it's N64 forebear.
0838 New Zealand Story Revolution, most people remember new zealand story and this is an update to it
Several EU dupes: contact, magical starsign
0847 Lunar Knights
0848 Winning Eleven Pro Evolution Soccer 2007, not my thing but hey
0858 Death Note - Kira Game
0856 Bleach DS 2nd - Kokui Hirameku Requiem
Those two are not especially noteworthy for me but to each their own and some people enjoyed them.
0864 Sim City DS
0870 Super Robot Taisen W, big robots meets advance wars and shining force, what could be better.
Nothing that interesting follows (some region dupes mainly) but Wario - Master of Disguise may be of interest.
Theme Park DS also dropped as did Konami Classics Series - Arcade Hits
Bomberman Land Touch! and Gunpey DS also appeared which pretty much rounds off the releases. My list is sure to upset a few people but hey.
Homebrew wise, a fair few things happened: SnesemulDS getting very good probably being the biggest, a few new moonshell versions, new SCUMMVMDS and several noteworthy homebrew apps/games, I will leave you to fish through the news posts.
GBATemp generally is a good news source, as is lurking on IRC. But if I want to go further afield GBADev seems to be the meeting place of most devs so new alphas get posted there, Drunken coders is also not bad, DCEmu also does a good line in GBA and DS homebrew.
Oh and read up on DLDI if you missed it as it is a very important concept these days.
Homepage although I suggest you search the forum for some posts
