I had a DNS configured from when I tested TubeHax. Since I do not use it anymore, I forgot it was still configured.

finally got my emunand updated. From 9.5 to 10.3 is one small step for man, but one giant leap for me.
Don't know when nintendo will release 10.4. But for me, i'm glad i did make it in time. This update was as easy as ever.
I hurried to eshop and updated quite a load of games.

I didn't have anything setup to block the update servers but mine still wouldn't update. I was told to leave the system in sleep mode for 30 min or so to try and get the update nag, which I did get, then I chose to update immediately from that nag and it updated no problem.

My issue was the DNS. I let the console sleeping for almost 2 hours and nothing... I removed it and I'm updating as I write!

nice! when I chose to update through system settings the progress bar stayed at 0% for 3 min or so then it said an error has occurred. press ok to restart. :wtf:

your problem was, probably, heavy server load or something like that...
good thing sleep mode auto download worked for you

r u using an such card and an adaptor? If so try to find a proper sd card ,as I had same problem ,but when I switched to full size sd card all was great....hope it helps

Is E-shop still up? Also, do game updates change Gateway cheat addresses/codes?

eShop is up im download everything I can while I still can since everything I download will be properly signed including updates.

Perhaps I should do it again, it may not have been updated properly

Edit: I restored my 9.5 emuNAND backup and updated again after disabling the tubehax DNS, just to be safe. I don't want to find out I fucked something a few weeks after 10.4 is released.

Anything that is Free, I own, and updates. I fear eShop will be gone due to 10.4 once their huge maintenance is done.

Now THAT is weird. Usually when someone reports an error while updating it relates to the tubehax DNS. Oo

Now, time to wait for the CFW support.

edit: Do NOT update if your games depend on NTR CFW like MHX translation or CPU overclock since it will not work on 10.3.
edit2: nvm, looks like most cfws are already supporting 10.3. haha. what a day! what a lovely day!
