If you formatted your nand and didn't make a backup to restore then you could probably just relink your NNID to the unit and get on the eshop again on the latest emunand/fw.

You should give more information:

Did you format sysnand after installing rxtools to unlink sysnand from emunand?
Did you format emunand after installing rxtools to unlink emunand from sysnand?
Did you look at your 3DS SD card? do you have more then folder in your \Nintendo 3DS (don't count the folder Private)

You know, if your NNID is still linked in emunand you can just redownload them (if you're on 10.3 emunand)

If you formatted your sysnand and your emunand, you are screwed :)
you have to redownload all games in your eShop and then you can try to use savedatafiller to restore your saves (you sure have backupped?)

You should have 2 folders in there (1 for sysnand and 1 for emunand) + your Private folder Check if the folder on your backup has any of the same name, if not, you have to restore your saves manually with savedatafiller
Don't ask how, i never needed it

creating the emunand will delete everything on the sd card, it seems you have no way of getting it back unless you have a backuo of your 3ds folder.

If you can access the eShop with your NNID on it (i.e. if your EmuNAND is 10.3 or you can get access some other way), you can go to Menu ==> Settings/Other ==> Redownloadable Software and grab your games from there.

I think 10.3 emuNAND is only available for O3DS's. 9.5 is still max for the N3DS's, or so I hear.

I don't care about the saves tho.
Is your NNID still connected to your emunand if so you can just redownload all of the games you've bought on the eshop.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!! now just two more questions
1.I have my sysnand and emunand linked. If i format my sysnand thereby unlinking them, will my NNID stay linked to my emunand.

2.Also i have FBI on my emunand iso if i update it will i be able to install via files?

PS:Do you have any other method of unlinking (safe)them?

Hey man, I'm having some doubts about this link and unlink process and I wanted to get it clear before installing rxTools. Your comment gave me some directions, but just to be sure:
-When I install rxTools both sys and emunand will be linked to my NNID, so I won't have to do any system transfer, right?
-Is it "having my NANDS linked" the same as having my NNID in both NANDS? If yes, should I have them unlinked? And if yes, is it okay to format the sysnand to do it (Will I lose access to the emunand or something)?

Sorry for bothering, it's just that I can't find these informations anywhere and you seem to have them. Thanks!

1. When you make your emunand for the first time your nand's are linked!
2. installing rxTools doe snothing to your emunand linking or unlinking
3. Yes linked means your NNID is on your sysnand and emunand
4. unlinked (doing by formatting sysnand or emunand) means the nand you format looses it's nnid

Same problem, but need smoething another. How do I delete the old data in Nintendo3DS folder without erasing new? More precisely, how to determine where the old?
