yeah i might take a video of why this code is needed for this game.
i found a similarish code, for rune factory 4 (i should give credits but i found it on fort42)
it was something like i wanted so i took it apart/commented it:
it changes the 24 hour time, it adds one hour to the day

it's not the same as my code, and i deleted the comments i made for my code, but it's basically the same. this should help you. you are understanding it so don't worry, nice work! it took me a little while to get my head around it, i don't think i will be able to remember the code types off by heart but no problem there!

Ocarina of Time 3D USA Codes. I like my infinite health and rupees better than the one on Fort42 because mine locks it at 999 rather than 99, even if you don't have a big wallet. For All Items, activate the code, go in-game to obtain the items, then turn it off.

A good soul could pass the Gateway cheat for the game Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (0004000000126300) ???

StarFox 64 3D has awesome Codes. Just wish I could find the Code for Infinite Boost/Brake and the Wings Never Break
since the infinite items code is repetitive, try using the gw loop code type to shorten it way down. it is what they are good for. i haven't used loops before though. and i believe freezing to the max 500 rupees is nicer than 999, looks more real and not like a dirty cheater
your choice-- i see you don't set 20587A03 to 99. what happens if you do?

I've made a code on my 3ds that Max Lvls the MC but I can't figure out how to get the code from my 3ds to my pcsince the infinite items code is repetitive, try using the gw loop code type to shorten it way down. it is what they are good for. i haven't used loops before though. and i believe freezing to the max 500 rupees is nicer than 999, looks more real and not like a dirty cheater

look at other people's codes, and read the gw text file in the zip download on their website
