Hacking Those who ordered from foundmy, did they call you?

On the foundmy website, they said "All Orders will have both an Email confirmation as well as a voice verification", but I placed an order a week ago and still haven't received any call from them. Do foundmy actually call for every order or just a few?

As I've stated in another thread, I received a call and they asked me to verify my address and told me when they'd send out my Wiikey (Friday or Monday). The phone number I have in my caller ID is [Supposedly his home phone, edited out].

On another board, someone said they ordered on the 27th and got in the first batch, so foundmy just randomly select people?

Did anyone try calling 780-456-9496 and ask foundmy?

true... there is no excuse for bad customer service... your clients are paying for a product AND a service... sure, the service is just them putting it in a box and waiting for fedex/dhl/ect. to pick it up.

i ordered a wiikey, 2 r4's, and a triwing at the same time so its not like i just wnet cheap i ordered other things and he will never get my money again.

ok guys, I used foundmy.com services for few times, and this is how they work

if u use creditcard, it has to match the billing address and mailing address, or they have to call u to verify, and if u miss the call, they will hold the order

for first batch, they will first pick out same location order, ie: canada/US/aust. etc, they will ship all order for 1 county first, so it doesn't matter which date u order, it's about luck which country they pick first.

and i think they r a 1 or 2 man company, so it'll be waste of time to try to contact them cuz they r busy as hell.

anyway, i'm going to order my wii key from them when they receive they 2nd batch

im tired of being jerkign around with dates they said the had offical word that they iwll have more by then end of the week and they dont so why dotn they tell us instead of jerking us around

This isn't true in my case, since people in the USA already received Wiikeys from foundmy. Additionally, my order's shipping address and credit card's billing address are the exact same.

but when did you order? maybe the packages were already sent out by then? or demand was soo high, they just couldnt fullfil the usa orders...

As I said earlier in this thread, a week before the other guy who already got his (he ordered on the 27th, I ordered sometime around the 17th).
